I arrived around 7pm and another car was in front of me. Took forever for them to order not sure why I was at ordering speaker... now to order simple things 3 extra large hot chocolate. The attendant at speaker was not grasping, cutting out on speaker Thenafter 6 repeats of order I added a mocha latte which then brought dead silence again over speaker I was informed that lattemachine is broken ???? Then instead of a latte I ordered white chocolate hot chocolate no whip cream or toppings Dead silenceagain with repeating my order 3 times..wow Need a hands on supervisor on the floor to assist employees at all time.. not hidingout in office Bad business practices there Read more
I have been experiencing very poor quality customer service at this store for the last year now, and have chalked it up to... poorly trained young people from another country, who hopefully would be improving as they learn how to do their job.Unfortunately, I never see the same face from week to week, and can only assume the turnover at this particular franchise isvery high. But, yesterday I had had enough and asked to speak to the manager? After placing my order in the drive-through, I wasasked to go park my car, and they would run my order out to me. Thought that was strange, but did as I was told, and proceededto wait for 10 minutes. No one was coming. I went into the store and the front staff didn?t know who I was. they told me infact, that they were out of the supplies to make my order, and asked me if I would like something else?! I couldn?t believe thatthey had knowingly wasted 10 minutes of my time, and had no intention of coming to serve me, especially since I had paid them!Asked to see the manager and was told to wait. Waited five minutes, manager never came, manager wasn?t even on site. What Asham! Left my number and asked for the manager to call me immediately but guess what, I haven?t received a phone call yet. I?veleft a complaint at guest services for Tim Hortons. Let?s see what happens. Hopefully the store will improve in quality as thereare many of us in our community who enjoyed our lovely Tim Hortons coffee shop before it changed ownership in the last year. Read more
My husband just went into this location to purchase a steep tea and bagel. He couldn't believe how filthy the inside of the... store is. He decided to check out the washroom and he almost threw up and as he has always said...u can tell if a restaurant isgood based on how clean their washrooms are....he is right. Not sure what is going on but if they are under the Tim Hortonumbrella, something needs to be done. My husband is going to call head office to find out if anything can be done. :( I get thatthere could be staff shortages but as a customer who is going to eat food coming out of this place, I would prefer a cleanenvironment over having to wait a bit for service. This Tim Hortons and the other Tim Hortons in Dundas are absolutely terrible. The service is horrible and the workers do not... listen. If your order actually gets made it is never right. Must be the same owners at both restaurants. Never again. TimHortons has become pathetic overall. Mcdonalds it is or anywhere else for that matter going forward. Don't waste your hardearned money or valuable time. Do yourself a favor and avoid these locations. Read more
This is has become the worst Tim hortons I?ve been to. I feel like the employees there have lost any type of value for the food... they serve and focus on quantity over quality. They are usually very fast with completing orders but results in poorly made foodand drinks made wrong. Recently, I came to this location to grab a coffee and bagel, my coffee was good but I was served a stalebagel. First they tried to serve me a cheese biscuit, which was not my order, it seemed like they were too busy talking amongstthemselves and not paying attention to orders. Then I watched as one of the employees grabbed a cheese bagel from the holder,put butter on it and serve it to me. She never toasted it, it seems like the bagel was pre-toasted and left out in the open toserve to another customer, which just so happened to be me. The bagel was not warm and it was hard, I ended up having to throwit out and waste my money. Another time I went to this location, I ordered a farmers wrap meal and my hash brown was not put inany type of sleeve, just placed nakedly inside the bag on top of my other food. Awful customer service. I asked for a specific donut, and even re asked to make sure, I was reassured it was. When I got to the... window, it wasn?t the right one and when I asked for a refund, the lady yelled at me that I didn?t listen,even though I gave hermy order after sitting there for 7 minutes and she didn?t remember what I had ordered. Do yourself a favour and don?t give themyour business. She even shut the doors on me and made no attempt to make my experience a good one. It's absolutely amazing that the reviews show an average of 3 They deserve a zero.. I would wager that the reviews that are... positive on this site are either owners, servers or managers. In fact I found one 5 star review written by the managerherself. This place needs to be inspected or shut down. It's absolutely disgusting. This Tim?s was one of the best back a couple years ago, they had friendly kind staff never messed up orders, and was just a... joyful place to have a coffee! Now it SUCKS! Staff are cold half the time there?s no ?good morning or have a good day? not evena ?your welcome? after saying thank you! There always in a rush and quality of the food and drinks has gone down hill!! Theyhave recently added two order places in there drive through and boy will they just skip on side completely and take oder onone???? I?ve literally waited 15 mins in the line watching them only take orders from the one side! Read more
