Had lunch here with my wife the other day. We had a very RUDE waitress who was an older lady and clearly doesn?t know anything... about customer service. She recommended a beer for us to try. We decided to try it but it was terrible, flat. We had a sip andasked to change to a different one. She said we couldn?t do that and that it?s a new keg. The worst part is that as she?swalking away from us, she mumbles ?stay in Toronto next time?. I guess we will, after all. TERRIBLE customer service. Will NEVERgo back! Read more
Located downtown. Good pub food. A nice friendly pub vibe. We had fish and chips and mushy peas. Ordered 1/2 and 1/2 Guinness... and later then same but cider. Not poured right. Mixed. Lager first then pour Guinness over a spoon to diffuse and not go todeep so they settle different. Tastes ok. But visuals key:) nice pub. Read more

LAYOUT 4 STARS ATMOSPHERE 5 STARS DECOR 5 STARS STAFF ... 5 STARS DRINKS 5 STARS FOOD 5 STARS LAYOUT I like the layout of this place but itcan be quite confusing for someone new. I admit, I started going here a couple weeks ago and just found the bathrooms recentlybut I don't tend to stay long enough normally to require a trip to the bathroom so that could explain it. The bar area is atground level where as the dinning area is up on a raised platform. The platformed areas have carpeting that have been there fordecades and could use a change and the booth seats are cushioned like a couch but again have been there for decades and need achange. Despite being old it is quite comfortable to sink into them. ATMOSHERE The atmosphere is amazing, it is comfortable,relaxed and I feel at home when I walk in the door. It is nothing like The Collins and The Thirsty Cactus in the comfort aspect.I would recommend coming to experience this. DECOR The decorations here are basically everywhere, the walls are covered inpictures that will entertain you especially if you try to find all the Mr. Beans on the walls. There is a dividing wall betweenthe bar section and the dinning section that houses other decorations and books that you can pick up and read. As for theselection of books, I can't say I have read them nor read their titles. STAFF Most of the staff has been friendly and funnywhen I've been here. You'll have to come in to form your own opinions because mine are biased since my sister is part of thestaff. Ask for Sarah! DRINKS ?? HIGHLY RECOMMEND ?? If you've been going anywhere else in Dundas for your drinks, then youhave been throwing away your money. I used to go to other places for my drinks and I will tell you now, never again.
