Told me to pull to spot #1 waited 28 mins then went inside and they had the lobby closed then they ask if we was sure about what... we ordered cus nothing pop on their screen we didn?t get a receipt as usual in this place then the manager act like we lying. Ibelieve all employees should get fired or start doing their job the way it is starting from the hispanic manager. Wont go thereever again tho. Read more
The hours online say the drive through is open at 5 AM but when I went at 5:40 they said they were closed. Keep the drive... through menu lights and other lights off if you?re closed. And update your hours online. Read more
First of all Sat forever at the drive-thru and i was the only car there. They took my order and when I got up to window to pay... I could here employees cussing and hollering it was insane. Received my order and got home and it was incorrect. I called tospeak with a manager and the girl I spoke w said she a manager so I ask her name she paused..I said what is your name so I willhave it when I come back to get my food, she said just tell em u spoke w inishka. No sweet tea in the lobby. Waited about 10 mins to get our food. No one in the lobby got food for at least 5 mins. Only reason I... gave it 2 stars is because of one employee who was doing everything she could to make it better. Read more
Have waited 20+ minutes for mobile orders twice now. Had no time to actually eat when I got back to work. The workers are rude... and hardly acknowledge your existence, which is very annoying after waiting an incredibly long time for fast food. Go to anyother McDonald?s. I went to this restaurant early in the morning. The woman taking orders asked me to repeat it 3 times. When I got to the window... I was missing two of the four items.
