Really like that place. Clean fast friendly. Damn good sandwiches too. Kudos on their meatball subs.
Went to go to the bathroom before ordering and would rather pee myself then get undressed in there. Blood on outside of toilet,... dark rings inside toilet and sink covered in dirt. Decided not to eat here either! Read more
Ordered Sub online, put specific instructions on where to put the bacon and to my surprise, they didn't put neither the bacon... (which cost extra) nor the cheese. Attached are pictures of the sub and the receipt. The worst part is when I contacted thestore, the employee who answered had an attitude and gave me the "I didn't make the sub" even though there's only 2 employees atthat time, which was after 8pm. Her "solution" is either for me to go back to the store, which is 30 minutes away from where Ilive or go another day to have the Sub remade. Side note, the Sub was supposed to be toasted but as you can see in the picturethat's not the case. Read more

Wednesday September 8th, 2021. Approx 6.50 pm. My husband and I showed up to subway with our 5 kids plus our neice and nephew so... we had 7 kids with us. We always have our children sit down while we order for them. The tables were dirty and we kindly askedGina if we could wipe them down. Gina went to get something and then hesitated like she didn't want to so my husband grabbed thestuff from her and started cleaning the tables himself. While my husband was cleaning the tables Gina decided to take thechairs from the other 2 tables and flip them up on to the tables as if they were closed or as if she didn't want us sitting inthe dining room. (Mind you my children are very well behaved so they weren't bothering anyone. ) she then dumped the juices outwhole we were ordering our sandwiches. Literally pre-closing but 3 hours early. She was very rude and unprofessional. Alexawas the one making the sandwiches and she was very sweet and apologized for our experience. I usually never complain. I hateto complain. My husband and I have been in food and beverage industry our entire lives so we are the understanding ones. Welive 5 minutes away from this subway so for us it was about convenience.
