The girl at the register was very friendly but couldn't understand my wife and I both wanted menu item #2 classic roast beef... sandwich combos and I wanted an extra sandwich. That out of the way, sandwiches were cold. Not hot at all! We had to wait forcurly fries which turned out to be boxes of bits and pieces which were all but burned. We should have realized at 12:00pm,Noon, no one was inside eating. Obviously the reputation of this place is poor! Read more
I've worked here before. Out of all the restaurants I've worked at in Dundee, this kitchen is by far the cleanest. Along with... food storage and prep. It's one of their first priorities. 100% recommend and the employees are so nice, even the newbies thatI don't know yet. Great place all around. The building itself could use a face-lift, but that's not their fault. Read more
Really expensive bland food drinks are filled completely with ice
The drive thru was fast, which is rare these days. Tried the Philly Cheese Steak. Awful! Zero flavor...
Just Went through the drive-thru and I have to commend the girl, her name is sydney, at the window.. it started to get busy... for a min and she held it together great even when she was the only one doing anything and everyone else was just standingaround talking. The kid "mopping" soaked the floor and caused her to slip and almost fall and she didn't even miss a beat. She'sthe ONLY reason for the 4 stars, if she wasn't there it would be a negative star rating...GREAT JOB girl!!! Read more
I ordered 2 of the Chicken Cheddar Ranch sandwiches, I expected one big chicken breast on each sandwich - instead we got a... couple chicken tenders on each one. Very disappointed. Read more
Unfortunately I had HAIR in my sauced honey hot wings,returned them and was told they were remade. Unbeknownst to me they remade... the fries and gave me the same chicken, same box,same hair. I had to take pictures because I can't believe it. Whole staff ofteenagers and a mgr was there. So I guess corporate is next because this is ridiculous. Read more
