Ordered a #1 with no onions. Started to eat the burger and I could taste onions, even though no onion were on the burger. Burger... was cold as well. Clearly they just picked off the onions that were on a burger that was sitting around. Isn't really that hardto make a burger to order? Read more
This is the worst fast food place I?ve ever been. Went to the window with a coupon and because the app wasn?t working he couldnt... help me out and get me what the coupon was for because of the app. What about, I wait for it, helping the guy out with thecoupon shoved in ur face! I walked back in to begrudgingly order the cheapest thing on the menu (because I?m broke) and guesswhat. An employee just gave me a what the coupon was for out of the kindness of his heart. Work long hours being a Nurse. End of a long day sometimes I just need to grab some food on the way home from work?. Not... yesterday. Not at BK. I am greeted at the drive through. I place my order. Feel free to come here, if you want your money stolen. Yesterday, 5/11/22, I went here for lunch. Ordered a whopper no onion or... tomato, and two chicken fries. I should of checked the bag buy I assumed everything was there. Turns out my chicken friesweren't there. It was too late for me to go back because I have to be at work, so I called to ask for my money back. The ladyknew my order, I know this because she finished my sentence of "and you forgot my two orders of chicken fries". I told her Icouldn't go back up there and that I'd just like a refund of the chicken fries. She said she'd refund the whole order which Isaid thank you to. She didn't refund anything. I ordered the Sourdough King burger, she didn't hear me. I ordered it twice. I got the receipt and realized she ordered the... wrong sandwich. Being that I was in a hurry, I didn't have time to correct the order. I ended up with a grilled chicken club.Horrible! I had just left U of M hospital for a transfusion. All I thought about during my 2 hour process was a Sourdough Kingburger. She didn't even offer to replace the chicken for what I ordered. I am very disappointed. Also I asked for extra onion,and pickles. It came without onion at all. You just don't know how disappointed I am. I love Burger King because I usually getit my way. Despite them being understaffed they did their best and got our order very quickly on a week night. I am not sure if the guy... working the drive thru was a manager or not but I was very happy with them. My order was correct and we did have to ask for ourchicken nuggets but we added them later on the window. So i'm sure another ticket was printed but overall the food tasted betterthan most burger kings so I was happy for that since I don't enjoy very much fast food these days. Read more
