Have gone to the shop a few times and never had issues. Went in the other day and not coming back. As I was walking around... antique shop I over heared owner telling staff member to make sure to watch and make sure things don't get stolen. She made theremark that" this isn't Walmart". We also ordered 4 bubble teas . 3 of the bubbles teas were more bitter than usual. The ownerseemed offended when I brought the drinks back and even had the nerve to say that I was wasting product. The young girl behindthe counter was very sweet and way more professional than the owner. The owner shows how professional they are in the postbelow. Hope this place goes out of business soon so a better shop can take over. Read more
Staff was a bit rude and my friends chai had so much syrup in it that it was not drinkable. I work in customer service and... typically I am not one to ever complain, however, I feel that this was worth noting. Definitely the worst experience i?ve had ina while. Read more
I enjoyed this place more when it didn't look like a thrift store. A mix of coffee and moth balls. The coffee and food is still... fantastic, just don't want to consume it while I'm there. Which is a shame, because I used to hang out with friends and buy itemafter item. I try to support local and would rather, but I don't got as much as I used to. Read more
Bad experience at this shop. The cake pop I had was hard due to poor wrapping. The coffee also had grinds in it and tasted... watered down. Very bad quality for such a cute place! Read more
The prices were good and the young girl was nice who we ordered from but unfortunately when I went in the other day with my... husband we BOTH WATCHED her pour about 1/4th of water like actual water into his iced coffee as if she was substituting the restof coffee with water. She poured the coffee, then water right in front of us and then handed it straight to him. We both askedfor ice coffee and again unfortunately there was not even ice in either of them either. Since I'm editing my review to actualshare why our experience was bad. The owner who makes the comments is extremely rude considering my husband left a review aswell and the owner made a smart remark basically saying he was lying about his experience when it actually did happen. Love the shop and its atmosphere, only giving a 3 star rating because they constantly dont honor their business hours. Have came... from out of town multiple times and they were closed 1-2 hours early because the were slow. Thats a good way for people to stopcoming all together when you can't follow your own business hours and never know if you're open or closed. Read more
Always have a good experience at cool beanz! Last time I went in I got a berries and cream latte which I wasn?t a huge fan of,... and the barista was kind enough to make me my usual drink (bubble tea) instead, for free to replace the latte. Prices arereasonable for a small business and staff is always friendly. I love coming here and go out of my way to whenever I can. Read more
Family recently purchased bubble tea that didn't taste good when my daughter told the staff member about it the owner rudely... interjected that nothing was wrong with the product. We have been going to the store for years never had a problem until now. Mydaughter had to wait quite a while for the teas & was walking through the antique area & overhead the staff being told tomonitor the area so things don't get stolen. Wow very tactful... Not.
