Absolutely the rudest drive thru employee I've ever dealt with. She had attitude and was super short when speaking to me. I... made no complaints, asked no questions, and even ordered my 2 meals in such a way that she didn't need to go thru the typical... What size?..... What kind of drink? .... Etc. I'd recommend the owner review phone etiquette for employees. It's frustrating when I choose to a fast food joint for "fast"... food and I'm waiting in line for 10-15 minutes. Hey, short staffed? I understand. But when I look into the window I've beenstopped at for a ridiculous amount of time and see three grown adults laughing showing what is on their phone, texting and nothelping get the line going Im tempted to drive off had I not already paid. I don't know the circumstances but at the very leasthide it from the customers who are watching you and waiting for their paid for food. Read more
