I took my Brother, who is a part time employee of Dundee TB, to get food. The manager had a serious attitude because she was... covering my Brother's scheduled shift that he arranged to be covered with more than ample notice, as per companyguidelines. This woman had a SEVERE attitude toward me once she realized my Brother was in the vehicle and was orderingfood. I HONESTLY question the integrity of this woman, due to the fact that one of my Brother's co-workers popped his head intothe drive-tht cubby and apologized intensely, stating something to the effect of, "I'm TRULY sorry! Whatever's wrong, it's NOTmy doing!" I believe I'll be contacting the regional and district managers over this incident. They run out of food a lot. I mean I know it's a good thing that we're not eating sour foods, and I would be more understanding... if it was just 1 or 2 items. But it usually always seems like it's 10 or more items. I'm not mad at anyone, it is what it is,I'll just order something else. The staff is extremely accommodating in those moments and always extremely nice the best one inthe Monroe County area personally. Read more

My wife used the app to place an order (the Taco Bell app, for Taco Bell restaurants) which included two items somehow exclusive... to the app, which is the only reason we use it. Those items were a shredded chicken Quesorito and a seasoned beef Quesorito.There's an upcharge for chicken, which she paid for, because she's allergic to beef. Upon receiving her order, she foundinstead two seasoned beef Quesoritos. Bringing this seemingly minor error to the attention of a worker, who said there wasnothing that could be done about it, and understandably not being satisfied with that answer, she was presented with a managerwho rudely insisted on lecturing her that it's impossible to simply "make" a shredded chicken Quesorito because they, a TacoBell who accepts and processes orders through the app, are not affiliated with the app. The manager was rude and unyielding inthere insistence on not rectifying their mistake, and she instead left with less than we paid for and ultimately no food for herand twice as much as I need for myself. It seems strange to me to hire a person to run a Taco Bell who cannot find a way to usea spoon to put chicken in taco, but I guess the employment shortage will allow for anyone who can fog a mirror to run a store. Lost one star today 7/22/18. Long wait and skimped on ingredients. Got order right (which is a pretty big deal now a days at any... fast food joint) . Had a spicy tostada and beef chalupa supreme. Both tasted very good. Place seemed to be much cleaner thenmost fast food places. (Very important, doesn't matter how good food tastes or price if it's gonna make you sick). My new go toTaco Bell. Only draw back is their bathroom needs updating. Looks old and gross. Otherwise keep up the good work!! ???????? Read more
