My second favorite sub chain. Consistancy across locations is good. The New York Steamer with added lettuce and onion and... tomato is my favorite. It's a great sandwich that really has a solid flavor profile and is not replicate any better elsewhere.While the Chili is average and the Mac N Cheese really good, I always wish they would add some items like potato salad,cole.slaw, pasta salad, etc to the menu since some really good sides made in-house woukd bring dining here to the next level. Every sandwich I have tried is delicious. The chili is like the kind that goes on a hotdog, it's fantastic. The side salad is... fresh, big and no wilted/nasty pieces. My only complaint is with the pickles. They have great pickles, I always order an extrapickle, I pay for it, yet I never receive it! I just want the extra pickle I paid for but every single time I never get it, it'sso frustrating!! Read more
