I use to live this place. But I went in and was told I had to order from the kiosk, no problem. None of the workers will talk to... customers. Isaud 3xcuse me four times before someone would acknowledge me. The girl at the counter just ignored me. No greetingsat all coming in or leaving. Also the kiosk doesn't have all the different donuts and we were told we could get the right onewhen the order was packed. We were sti getting the wrong item anyway and when we told her it was wrong she wouldn't eventurnaround. They are not friendly and have terrible customer service. Read more

I?m very disappointed with Greenbrook DD. (Next to Taco Bell) My husband ordered 2 orders of Avocado Roasted tomato toast. (You... get 1 Slice of rye toasted bread for each) He wanted the bread toasted on both sides. When he got home and checked, there were 2 rye bread avocado sandwiches with sun dried tomatoes on them. Not even toasted. When I called and explained what my husbandwas given, the person who answered the phone said we gave him what he asked for from the menu. He said they have avocadosandwiches on the menu. (I didn?t know that????). He never checked with anyone to see if they remembered the order. Went there last Thursday 1/6 @ 330 pm and I asked for a bagel with cream cheese and jelly. When I had finally went to eat it I... realized it tasted funny and I opened it to the jelly not even spread on it and it was the size of a penny & it tasted funnybecause it was spoiled cream cheese. I drove all the way back to get a refund but I wasn?t able to be given one because therewas no manager due to it being closed but yet there was still an employee there without them. I placed an online order for pickup but when I arrived the doors were locked and the drive-thru had about 10 cars. I did not... have time to wait hence ordering online so I had to leave without anything I will not come back to this location. I gave it twostars just because it's Dunkin Donuts and usually the coffees are pretty good there but not at this location. Read more

The staff at this location are nice but? my niece placed an order using the kiosk and they didn?t have the donuts she ordered... and paid for. Instead of letting her know they just sat her coffee on the counter. When she asked about them she was simply toldthey didn?t have them. Huh???? Why did she have to ask for a substitutions instead of being offered?!!! Anyway, this place isnormally pretty good but this one incident rubbed me the wrong way. I will go back. Eventually. Read more
