"If you can't be the best at something be the best at being the worst" is apparently the store motto at the Dunkirk BK. Cold... food? ? Incorrect toppings? ? Constantly out of basic ingredient (like hamburger patties!)?? At least the staff is super nice(when there are enough of them to keep the store from closing early of course). Read more
My last two times here, they've screwed up my order. I like BK but twice is enough. Plus today they were severely understaffed.
I was in the Dunkirk drive thru line for 30 minutes, five cars in front of me, and never got to place my order ! I went to... Dunkirk McDs instead and they are closed for maintenance, probably parking lot, since it was taped off. Read more
Very slow, and not apologetic at all in the drive thru. It seemed that they were hoping I would leave and not bother them.
On Saturday 6/4/2022 at about 5:45pm we arrived at this location to eat dinner after church, but once again we found the doors... locked with no signage. This is repeat issue with this Burger King Dunkirk, MD location. A few months ago the Burger Kingdistrict manager guaranteed that this issue would never happen again, but it did. They were serving at the drive-thru, but wewanted to dine-in and had no desire to eat in our car. So once again we drove about 30 miles round-trip just to return home. Read more
Horrible service. Placed order on app, went through. drive over and they claim they are closed. Employees used racist slurs... towards white people, which is not at all acceptable no matter what color you are. Decided to finally make my food after I satthere and honked for a good 5 minutes. This was at 10:50pm, which the app states they close at midnight. The "manager" told methat "I'm not making it even though you paid." I then asked for the name and number of the GM, which I was not given. I was alsonot given a receipt. This was probably the worst experience I've had here. Will be calling tomorrow morning. Read more
