I don't know why I repeatedly give this place a shot. Once, the crab balls where undercooked and then burnt. Same trip, the... kabobs where largely overdone. This trip i really wanted a burger after having worked all day. I stopped for what I thoughtwould be a quicker pop-in. I managed to get in right before a long line formed. A nice young woman stepped in and started takingorders while we where in line to save everyone time. I ordered the 12oz burger with cheese, coleslaw, and cheesecake, togo. Makesure you specify that you don't want old bay on fries or coleslaw, etc, as they like to put it on everything. I waited about 32minutes before I checked on my food. I should have checked sooner as my food was ready 15minutes prior. I thought they wouldhave called my name or something to let me know it was ready. By this time, my bun was soggy and could not hold the burger. Myfries where also soggy as they steamed in the container, my coleslaw had old bay on it, and I never got my cheesecake. The phone line needs repairs DESPERATELY. Any time I order I have to repeat a single menu item a minimum of 4 times. It's... inefficient. Also it's weird they put old bay on their steamed broccoli. But the sandwiches are yummy. Read more

Place online order today April 3,2022 at 1245 for pickup at 105. Arrived at 110 and paid. At 130 was told that they didn?t see... the order and were just starting making it. I ordered the pulled pork bbq Mac and cheese. It comes with jalapeños and I always order it with out. It has been quite a few... times no problem and very good food. Ordered and made how I liked. But today on 2/27/2022 I ordered with no jalapeños and wastold that I ordered with no jalapeños but still received jalapeños. I then called asking for a solution and when I arrived topick up my new Mac and cheese with no jalapeños the manager proceeded to tell me it was funny because it says on my order nojalapeños but I still received it. That upset me I cannot have spicy food for health reason and they think I am lying to them?I said I could have brought it back when I came to pick up my new order.
