I love everyone who works here! Everyone is so sweet and they make sure you get your food in the best shape possible. I always... pick up an order for my mom and everyone?s So assuring! Very disappointed during my last visit. With inflation a little bacon cheeseburger closing in on $10.00 and a large fries over 7... bucs, was a heaping serving of fries to much to ask? The cup of fries wasn't even filled! Is this a new hire filling the fryorder or is this shrinkflation now the standard? Read more
Originally rated it 4 stars but my experience Friday has severely harmed my trust in this location. Frustrating experience.... After placing an online order for pickup at 621pm, I entered the restaurant at 620 and waited until 635. After seeing ordersget fulfilled I asked where my order was. The staff member was not helpful, only stating that they don't see my ticket. Iasked them to double check and they found my ticket on the floor. They then picked up the ticket and tried to give me my mealthat had been sitting getting cold for 20 minutes+. I asked them to remake the order and they said they would. After waitingagain no action had been taken to remake my order and so we then asked to speak with the manager. He then apologized andrefunded the order amount and said he would reprint the ticket to make the order again. He never reprinted the ticket and wewaited until after 7pm (over one hour since ordered!!) for him to realize he didn't even print the ticket. We then left at715pm to go get food elsewhere. The staff working this night were very unprofessional. Ultimately if you arent going to reprintthe ticket and make the order, just tell me so i dont waste an hour+ of time.... Highly disappointed in this five guys locationand won't be going back anytime soon. Read more
Ordered burgers and fries online and it says how many minutes we should wait before arriving to pick up. We parked in their... pickup spot while that time came and went. It passed. Four minutes late, we got a text notification our food was ready. LOTSof fries! Food was ok but nothing special. Read more
I ordered on the app and after showing up found out that I had ordered from the Prince Frederick location instead of the Dunkirk... location. Derp. I called the PF location to tell them how dumb I was and to cancel the order and they told me don't worry aboutit and instantly transferred my order to Dunkirk. Most other places would have just been too bad and would have left me to orderand pay all over again, so I was pretty stunned that they did this without even being asked. Great job Five Guys. I want to start off by saying you were very much anticipating this visit as it is my wife's birthday my beautiful wife... celebrating today at this restaurant! I will say the first two guys neglected to make the order correctly and didn't even manageto get the right bread we had several miscommunications and Taylor jumped in and save the day let me say that she is a shiningof customer service she listens to us exactly and made our order 100% correct better than we could have ever expected and madeus feel like we were valued as customers.
