Seriously, how hard is it to not put mayo on a sandwich? We order here because of the gluten free bread option. We clearly... request no mayo under options and write it in the ?customize? spot. EVERY single time the bread is slathered in mayo. We havetried returning to the store to get new sandwiches but then something else is usually left off like the bacon, tomato, or onetime even the turkey! Today was the third time this has happened. Our only option is to not order here anymore ???? Read more

I have been to Jersey Mike?s many times. We choose this eatery because of the gluten free roll option. (Note that we have a... sensitivity, not an allergy, so cross contamination is not an issue, but if we ate a gluten roll we?d be sick.) Today, whileordering, the first employee to start taking our order was asking us what we wanted while she was assembling the order for thelady in front of us. I wondered how she?d remember our answers. Then, before she even started assembling our sandwiches, shestarted asking the guy behind us what he wanted?even down to the toppings, which someone else was taking care of. Like me, heseemed perplexed. It was like she wasn?t really giving anyone her full attention so everyone was getting sub-par customerservice. Then when I asked her to toast my roll, she refused because it was gluten free and the grill is used for gluten bread. This was right after she asked me if it was ok to give us half of a gluten free roll that had already been opened and set asidebecause someone used a knife on it that touched gluten and it was already cross contaminated?to which we said yes (becauseagain, that?s ok for us, which we?d already told her). I had to ask her four times and tell her it was fine for me to share thegrill and ask if there was a manager before she finally threw it on the grill. I told her I like it toasted because otherwiseit?s dry, and she said, ?that?s just how gluten free bread is; it?s dry.? Say what?? I?ve been gluten free for eight years andI?m pretty sure I know more about gluten free than she does. Plus, it?s my sandwich?that I?m eating and paying for! The manbehind me said this just made him realize he really needed to be next door at Five Guys because he didn?t like her attitude andwouldn?t support a business with bad service, and he walked out. I don?t know this girl?s name because no one wore a name tagbut had red hair and tattoos down her left arm. Whoever she is, she?s giving the company a bad name and should Read more

We love the food but the cleanliness of the seating area is less than desired. There is always dirt, crumbs etc under the tables... and I usually have to wipe the table myself. We come here alot. Just wish there was more attention to the seating area. Read more

Never will I ever go to this location. I went in after placing an order online the girl at the register didn't even acknowledge... my presence I had to get her attention. When I told her my name she gave me half my order I had to tell her I ordered anothersandwich which she says was still being cooked. It was a bad experience. And the sad part is I even tipped them. Will never goback Read more
