I'm usually pretty impressed with this McD, but tonight was pretty poor. Drive-thru time was 30 minutes, fries/burgers were... cold, and every burger had a single patty even though they were supposed to be doubles. Edit a month+ later: Definitely feelas though it's going downhill quite a bit. I don't know why they bother putting the "double checked for accuracy" on your bagsif they clearly didn't. Pretty much every time I order now something is wrong or missing. Very disappointing as I was prettyimpressed in this location after their big redesign awhile ago. Read more
They?ve been going down hill significantly and I?m done. It?s as if they don?t want customers. The other day I wanted to go in... but they had a mandatory masking sign on the interior door- at the end of 2022 so I turned around as I don?t carry a maskanymore as no other store has this requirement. Then just now, I went to the drive thru. I told the gentleman taking the order?no pickles? twice. Then they told me to wait in the parking lot spot, with several other people. The food wasn?t even ?justcooked hot? and of course they included pickles. They can fix this by opening up the store inside and reduce the queue demandson the drive thru. Read more
I am born and raised in the area and have gone to this McDonald's since I was a kid. I have never had a problem until my... experience today. I went on my 30 minute lunch break to grab something QUICK to eat. I went through the drive through andordered, paid, then was instructed to the parking lot to wait for my food in a parking spot. I noticed about 15-20 other carswaiting in the parking lot for their food as well. I waited for 30 mins in the parking lot. Finally I decided it was time to goin and ask for my food or for a refund. I went inside and there was a line of about 15 people doing the same thing. I leftwithout a refund and without my food because at that point I was already past my 30 minute break at work and I was extremelyfrustrated. I thought this was FAST food. Not 45 mins-an hour food. I went around midnight- 12:30am last night(7/28/2022) and the lady working the window was so nice. Typically the workers take my... money and tell me to have a nice day, she took the time to actually have a conversation with me which I really appreciated. Best McDonald's experience I've had since I was a kid. I went at lunchtime on a beautiful day, cars lined up in the drive-thru.... It was fast, hot, fresh food... the front line staff was friendly and helpful. Who ever is Managing this McDonald's is doing agreat job! You all should give yourselves a hand because it is definitely the most efficient running one in all the surroundingcounties and the food (for what it is) was just as great as when I was a kid! If you have to go to this McDonald's, PLEASE don't order the orange juice with your meal! You'd be better off drinking water... from home, because that's exactly what the orange juice tastes like! The only thing that resembles orange juice in this pic isthe color. They are obviously diluting the mix to stretch the supplies. Read more
Gave me a literally raw burger and argued with me to speak to a manager. Wish I could give them a negative star review. Never... eating from any McDonald?s ever again. Foul and disgusting place. Health department should shut down the dunkirk location. Read more
Fast service here. Pretty efficient today. I'm glad that the young man at the pick up window verified how I wanted my iced... coffee as they always seem to struggle with my request for cream, no sugar. Read more
