Do not ever expect to get quick or happy service. Wait times in drive thru usually 20-30+ minutes?.. I ordered one kids meal.

Me and 3 other people were waiting in line for over 7 minutes before the manager finally came out and started taking our orders.... While we were waiting there was 3 workers right behind the counter the whole time but not helping us. Not even acknowledging usbecause someone even clocked in at the register and said nothing. Incredibly courteous and polite staff! With all of the selections, let's just say there is plenty to choose from.  The location... is super convenient... Kudos to the all the staff/s. We will definitely return again and again and again! I would. Onlynegative is parking, but I would still give more than 5 stars if possible. Read more

I worked there for a solid 2 years there. Out of the 5 managers 3 only care about the money and, only 2 of the 5 genuinely care... about the customers and employees. They rehired one of the worst managers after he left the first time. The owner comes in onceevery few months and is super out of touch. Although the business may pass inspection I?m just gonna say leave you with this. They can?t clean the bread toaster properly and it makes the sandwiches have an off taste ask for a chicken sandwich no toppingsand you?ll know immediately. The inside of the toaster is truly despicable. In truth this is exactly what you expect in a fastfood place so I don?t expect change but hope it happens. This is the worst popeyes I've ever been to. It's not the food but the workers. If your in a good mood do not go here to eat. 5... times experiencing rude employees now think I'm done eating here. Great food, fast service and friendly staff. Two registers were open and my order took less than 1 minute. It was a little... pricey (Shrimp combo and an extra thigh were 11 bucks. I think they may have short changed me a biscuit too. Normally, onepiece of chicken comes with a biscuit.), but the food was delicious. The manager was on the ball; interviewed a job applicant,checked on several customers and kept tabs on operations. Good stuff. Like Justin Wilson said, I gar-an-tee. Read more
