They literally at least 95% of the time get my order wrong or forget an item from my order. I thought the store in Prince... Frederick was bad, but this one takes the cake! The last time they forgot an item, they had the nerve to look at me like I waslying then proceeded to take their time remaking it, only to make it wrong and had to remake it again. And on top of that, theyhad the worst attitudes!! Not once did I get rude or ignorant, but they treated me as if I did something wrong. This time, Ididn't even bother trying to get them to fix my order. Instead I submitted a help request in the app. I miss the old managementthat actually knew how to run the store and train the employees properly. Ordered through door dash and received burittos in plastic cups without tortillas.

Creeepy!!!! The window girl is on something.. very weird.. slllllloooooowwwww with reactions and yeah... I know hard to find... staff but seriously.. what is she on!! My daughter bit into a piece of metal in her taco this evening. The metal is a hook used to open lettuce bags on the taco... assembly line. This was escalated to corporate this evening and will be reporting to the health department tomorrow. Be carefulwhen eating here. Never again. Update 9.8.2022 I have yet to hear from the restaurant proprietor or even corporate. I havefiled 2 BBB complaints and they can not even get a response. Legal action being taken.
