They literally at least 95% of the time get my order wrong or forget an item from my order. I thought the store in Prince... Frederick was bad, but this one takes the cake! The last time they forgot an item, they had the nerve to look at me like I waslying then proceeded to take their time remaking it, only to make it wrong and had to remake it again. And on top of that, theyhad the worst attitudes!! Not once did I get rude or ignorant, but they treated me as if I did something wrong. This time, Ididn't even bother trying to get them to fix my order. Instead I submitted a help request in the app. I miss the old managementthat actually knew how to run the store and train the employees properly. Ordered through door dash and received burittos in plastic cups without tortillas.
Not impressed. I was waiting 15 minutes for food I had ordered in the mobile app 10 minutes prior to arrival. I'm disappointed... with the service. Food is okay, got dinner for my family. Need to improve in staff work and dedication Read more

I come here once to three times a month. I've never had a problem until recently. The younger people who work there, which... younger is not bad....they don't seem to take their job seriously. They seem stoned lol. I will still come here but maybemanagement can just say they can step up their game a little. Thanks! Read more
Fantastic tacos, great service at the drive-thru which was ridiculously fast. These guys were even on point with my most common... frustration at other Taco Bell locations. If I order a 12 pack of tacos, for the love of pretty women and baby kittens, give meat LEAST 12 packets of the hot sauce I select! These guys didn't disappoint, not so many that I ended up throwing a bunch away,rather about 1.5 packets per taco. Well done.... Pretty women and baby kittens around the globe thank you.... Read more
My daughter bit into a piece of metal in her taco this evening. The metal is a hook used to open lettuce bags on the taco... assembly line. This was escalated to corporate this evening and will be reporting to the health department tomorrow. Be carefulwhen eating here. Never again. Update 9.8.2022 I have yet to hear from the restaurant proprietor or even corporate. I havefiled 2 BBB complaints and they can not even get a response. Legal action being taken. Be careful when eating here, I do notwant anyone else?s children to chomp or eat metal. Read more
