Oh my Goodness!!!?? Everyone and Everything was excellent. We got seated ASAP. We had our order for a beverage rite then as we... sat. The not even 5 minutes we put our food order in. Wings was very dry hardly any garlic parm sauce. Burger wasn't medium as I asked. Inside smells dingy kinda like a basement... being covered up by the smell of food . I give it 4 stars due to the workers being amazing. Read more
very bad service at this location I would NOT recommended only thing that was actually good was the desert, which was the... chocolate cake with ice cream , the sandwich I ordered, I asked for no tomatoes and no mayo and when I get the food what's inthere? Mayo and tomatoes, I had to take them out and deal with it, there was A LOT of arguing, disagreeing and attitude going onthe day we were there, employees cursing up a storm near the back unhappy with what people say. cooks in the back getting everysingle meal messed up . the new cheese poppers we had as an appetizer were horrible every nug I bit into there was a huge pieceof cartilage in it felt like a bouncy rubber ball, totally threw my appetite off. won't be going there ever again. This location had a small hometown vibe to it. Traveling cross country we needed a spot right off the highway, and this... Applebee's was in the perfect place. Not super busy, but our waitress was cranking. She was super sweet, and on top of things.Food came out quick, and was delicious. Read more
SLOW SERVICE. 25MINUTES TO GET CHIPS AND DIP WHEN THERE'S MAYBE 20 PEOPLE IN THE RESTAURANT?! Plus the chips were bottom of... the barrel...all broken and small. Even LONGER to get food! Horrible Read more
Order came out w cheese on it, which I was not a huge fan of however it didn't ruin it. Steak was good not great but butter... sauce was fantastic and the potatoes were melting in your mouth. The server was amazing. Super great at her job. She made she wewere well take care of and had the things we needed, checked on us multiple times and was always friendly. The tables were notsticky but the booths were extremely cold. Bathrooms were very clean as well, mixed drinks were delicious and made w the rightingredients. Wonderful experience. Read more
Applebee's in fredonia New York is always one of the best places I like to take my significant other too when we dine they have... very good food and their staff is always so professional and well mannered it is a very good experience and always I tip thewaitresses very well because it is hard working with the public and they seem to train their staff in a very good manner I giveApplebee's restaurant five stars and that's the one in fredonia New York not sure how the other ones are but I'm sure they'repretty darn close to being the same Read more
