Just stopped here to grab a quick coffee before driving several hours home and was greeted with the absolute worst customer... service. I ordered a iced white toasted mocha with cream and sugar assuming I would receive the toasted white mocha latteadvertised on the screen. Instead the worker was extremely confused and started to get a condescending tone asking ?okay that?sjust a flavor.. what do you want? Because you can?t just order the flavor?. Coming from West Virginia and having ordered this inmultiple states I?ve never had an issue. She then proceeded to speak to me really slow and drawn out as if I wasn?t capable ofunderstanding. Her condescending tone didn?t stop as she said ?okay do you want that hoooot? or iccceeeddd? even though Ialready specified. She then told me to hang on and she came back on moments later and asked me to reorder. I did and shecontinued her condescending tone. At this point I just said ?actually, I?m okay thank you have a good day? and drove away. Ifyou?re looking to start your day on a good note DO NOT go here. Save your time and your money. Read more

This was the worst Dunkin experience of my life. VERY RUDE WORKERS and horrible customer service. They also gave me a cup with a... broken lid and there was hair in my food. This was unacceptable. Read more

Dunkin has the best coffee. I always stop here before getting on 90. I wish they were open a little later than 7pm but the... coffee and donuts are always top notch. Friendly service as well. Read more

The doors are locked, there are people in the dining room, and the phone number doesn't work. As a Doordash employee, the idea... of sitting in a drive-thru line for over 10 minutes for $3.50 is unacceptable! Read more

Made perfect drinks. Little dark in the coffee shop but who cares when your order is correct. Got the ice coffee with 3 French... vanilla and 4 liquid sugar. Thanks team great job and keep up the good work Read more

Arrived about 3pm. No other cars in drive thru. We pulled up to the speaker. The speaker was warbled so we couldn't hear her... well and only caught "you" at the end, so thought she said "How can I help you?" So we started talking. She yelled at us "GIVEME A MINUTE!" So my husband said he was sorry and waited. She came back a couple minutes later and said "Now what do you want?"and he told her the snacking bacon and she said they were all out. I told her that was fine, because she had a bad attitudeanyway. She said "Great, then have a good day. Bye" Honestly, she had a nasty attitude from the beginning. There were no carsfor customers in the parking lot and NONE in the drive thru. It wasn't like they were super busy. Read more

Not sure who is choosing the workers to work here but by far the absolutely worse team. Drive thru takes twenty minutes for... anything and workers are always rude. Should scrap all associates and get a whole new team. Read more

Staff was very short. They where not busy (only one other customer and myself) but I waited almost 7 minutes to even be... acknowledged at the counter. The employees were talking and laughing amongst themselves while I waited to be waited on. When mysandwich was bagged and ready the lady behind the counter slid it to me and it hit the floor. I should've just gone to TimHortons next door. Read more
