I place an order wait it for delivery to find out they delivered to the wrong address. I called them and they gave a 1-877... number. They issued a refund. then I asked what about my pizza, they said call the store. Never again. People there is a westside and an east side. Read more

I enjoy coming into this store. The workers are very fast and easy to help you with what ever you need.
I use to love the pizza and customer service, but I will tell you I don?t know what happened to the previous managers but this... store is in total disarray. Last couple times I?ve been there I have stood at the counter four at least 10 minutes no one outfront they watched through the back of displays talking with each other never acknowledged me until they decided to . I thenwaited another 20 minutes to get a hot and ready got to my car and noticed pizza wasn?t cut went back in to get it cut and wastreated like it was a problem, person waiting on me was dirty looking wrinkled r shirt long hair just frustrating. Went backcouple days later the two Spanish girls again didn?t come out from behind the back for at least 10 mins other customers waitingfor service and or food they preordered half a hour in advance and still wasn?t ready , this place has gone down hill in thelast couple months, getting to the point I tell everyone not to go there unless it?s a last resort, I normally don?t complainabout anything but this store is totally unprofessional, that?s all I can say without getting belligerent Read more
My husband and I usually love Little Caesars, but not so much this time. Our pizza clearing had been sitting around for a bit, ... because it was lukewarm at best when I got it home 10 minutes after picking it up and didn't taste fresh. Not to mention ourwings were so tiny(definitely NOT worth $8). Very disappointing. Read more
Today I spent 40 minutes waiting for a pizza and watching everyone getting their deep dish faster then me total of 5 people came... in after me to get a deep dish. They finally asked me what I ordered I told them and they told me "Oh it was burnt so we weremaking you a new one." Even though I paid for it I said the heck with it and left instead of waiting. Ever since the supervisorJose left everything has been going down hill, even the wait time to get service has slowed, they will stand around and talkwithout taking your order while looking at you.
