The wait is terribly long and they close at random times . Today October 21st 2022 they were closed in both the drive thru and... the inside at 430pm . There is a ton of customers outside waiting. Which probably don?t even expect them to be closed likemyself because the wait has always been 20-30 minutes. I?m from this area and this has been going on for years on top of years.Something should be done. Read more
This is the second time I have been there and had to wait 25 minutes for my meal never again saw 2 employees in back and only... one making tacos while the other employee stood there and talked to her. There were others that were waiting 25 minutes also. 2employees standing at cash register only waiting for customers to show up no helping in the back to make meals. Next time willgo to Wendy?s, Burger King or McDonalds. Never again to Dunkirks Taco Bell. Read more
The store manager was the most unprofessional, rude staff member I have encountered. The customer in front of me didn't receive... one item, Rather than just give him the single taco the store manager proceeded to tell him that is not what he ordered and sheknows it. Its okay. I've had a few mess ups on my recent orders, unfortunately that meant I also had Hungry kids.. also, plan to be... waiting for a long time. The waiting line is always at least 20-30 minutes, doesn't seem to matter when I stop. On the plusside- the food that I have recieved that was correct was always nice and hot. Delicious. Read more
Guess I?m committed to Taco Bell now !! Been waiting for 25 mins behind people. Why can?t they just tell people to pull up or... park in a spot if they have a huge order! Update **** 8 mins shy of an hour wait , but didn?t get any food because I?m soscreaming hot. POLITELY spoke to worker, then told, ? We are really understaffed?. Honestly, just close it down if you can?tkeep staff, or at least make another exit for customers, my two year old is freaking out and I can?t leave . Ordered a meat and cheese soft shell taco with tomatoes and this is what I got when I got home I opened it and .. well you see... it!! Taco bell you should be ashamed of the quality of food that gets sold at the fredonia location!! Never again!!! Read more
This was the worst experience I have ever had. My taco shell wasn't even cooked from Taco Bell. My cheese on my KFC famous bowl... was bad, it didn't even melt and was only on half of the bowl. All the taco bell employees left so there was only KFC workersand never completed my sisters order (which was wrong the first time they handed it out) and took over 30 minutes once told itwas wrong to be remade! I will never be bringing my service to this location. I will visit one of the other food establishmentsor go out of my way to find a different Taco Bell or KFC. Read more
This is not a good taco bell by any means.I Waited more than 30 minutes for my food. Got my cups when i ordered only to find... the entire drink machine was broken. What was strange however was that the few people who ordered before me appearently alreadyreported to the employees that the machine was broken and they still handed me my cup anyways? When the nice girl who worked inthe front saw that i had my cup with no drink, she went in the back out of her way to use the employee machine. But i didntrealize until i got in my car and drove away that the soda i was given was translucent and basically had no syrup. Spent 3dollars on basically bad tasting a seltzer and to add the icing on the cake they didnt remove the ingredients in my food that irequested and so i didnt enjoy my food. I worked in fast food for many years so i understand how hard it is to be a fast foodworker. I just believe that this place can be run a little bit better. The young employees in the front seemed incrediblystressed and i dont blame them. it was pure chaos for not that many people inside of the store. They even locked the inside ofthe store so that no more customers can come in. Your best bet is to come here when the place is completely empty Read more
