Cashier was not trained properly, not well versed on specials, made incorrect suggestions, food was ok.
The service was horrible. My chicken fries and sandwiches were cold and seemed like they were from the day before. What was the... worst part was the staffs behavior. My wife asked the staff if the bathroom was open because it was locked and they said if it?slocked it?s because someone was in there. She waited over 10 mins and no one came out. She knocked on the door and there wasclearly no one in there. My wife then proceeded to tell them that and they said someone was in there. Immediately after theystarted whispering and laughing at her because they knew no one was in there and they had probably locked it previously. If thebathroom didn?t work they could have politely just said the bathroom did not work. But they were disrespectful instead. Staffneeds to get fired. Everything about it was bad. Read more

Dunmore Burger King is #1! The people are polite and my order is always fresh and correct
The server wasn't happy to be there, I guess we got the "I don't care about this place" weekend staff. We got no napkins, had to... go back in. They made my burger sloppy with dried out bun. Never get a fresh bun. Hate thus place but it's the only BK in town.Yall need to do better! Read more
Worst experience at a Burger King. Management should be ashamed. Stopped here on my way to Pittsburgh and opened my sandwich... right before the highway, absolutely disgusting. Original Chicken patty was old and over cooked. Nuggets looked like they werefrom yesterday so didn't even try them. Whopper was cold with soggy tomatoes and browning lettuce. ????????. No one would put this lettuce on a hamburger they were eating. It's disgusting. Never got this when I ate in. It's always in the... drive thru so by the time it's discovered you've already driven home. I've learned to thoroughly check that everything is therebefore I drive off since that's where they usually screw up. Guess it's either accept this slop or eat in. Very disappointed. Read more
