Usually go here and never have a problem. Getting food for the family and must of been world record night for being the... fastest/rudest person in fast food industry. The girl at window was super disrespectful. Guess it?s just to hard to be a goodhuman being in this world. Hire people like this and you should get new management or shut down. Plain and simple. What a rude experience. We came in tonight for milk shakes and was informed that they did not have peanut butter. We apologized... and then asked for a chocolate shake and she said ( very rudely) we don?t have chocolate! Then we apologized and asked foranother one that apparently needed chocolate to make and they said well I how am I suppose to make a Mocha when I?m out ofchocolate. It was a very bad experience. There was not need to be rude. We left with nothing. Very unprofessional and servicewas horrible. I would give no stars but it won?t let me. Read more
If I could give zero starts I would have. First things first when I was ordering through the drive-thru the speakers didn?t work... I could barely hear the employee that was taking my order. Second the staff who works in the drive-thru are really rude insteadof trying to help and tried to listen they were just laughing because I kept repeating my order. The food was a no, no!! I askedspecifically for no onions and they gave me a bunch of them. Don?t get me wrong I love cookout, but this specific place in Dunnneeds improvement staring with the speakers and hiring people who actually go and do their jobs. Read more

The person taking the order was rude and then we get to the window to get our food and they handed out our drinks and we asked... for a tray and she was very mean and we don't have any and then she throw the bag right out the window into the car. She didn'teven give us a chance to ask for honey mustard. I will not go there again till they start having respect for people. Read more
Normally I love this place. Thus the two stars. But tonight was pretty bad. My sandwich was super raw and the bread was raw. I... get it, 11:57 pm at night. The drive through was practically empty and we weren't in any particular rush. Please make thisright for the next person that goes through. You guys are better than this. 1 star for customer service, coming from a food service worker myself. I am here twice a week at least and get the exact same... thing every time, which is between 7 and 8 dollars. I ordered a chicken tray (club style) with my two sides and drink which cameto $7.48. I get my order and it was not rang in as "club style." I take my order in and who I assume is the manager proceeded totake the sandwich, and try to charge me 2$ and some change for "cheese and bacon." I assured her my order is always between 7and 8 dollars and I refused to give her an additional $2+ on top of the $7.48 I just paid. She then proceeds to show me herscreen with displaying the price of $7.63, which was 15 cent more than what I paid and have no problem paying in addition towhat i already did, but she continues to demand I pay her over $2 extra, to which I refused and continued to try and explain toher why she was incorrect. After arguing with me back and forth, she finally gave in with a smug attitude and said to just giveher the change. I'm not typically a "Karen" because I work in the food industry and know the frustration that comes along withit, but her attitude and ignorance regarding basic math skills was unacceptable. Read more
