Went today (10/30/22) and was busy as usual, no big deal. But we were sat pretty quickly and our waitress came right up and took... our drink order, brought us biscuits and immediately brought back our drinks. Usually I?m having to ask for a refill aftereating a biscuit or two but she was right on top of it every time. I?m used to mediocre service most of everywhere we go butthis waitress truly stood out. Her name was Gloria, last name I believe started with L. She truly shined out for us thismorning. The company sure does a good job with their server training but she truly stood out above every other restaurant I?veever been to. Food was great as usual but the service was truly something else! Who doesn't love Cracker Barrel? I have never had a bad experience and the food was awesome. Even got myself a cool seashell... glitter globe. Great homestyle meals at great prices that won't break the bank. Read more
I ordered the Meatloaf with mash potatoes & corn & potato casarole with gravy on the side. The food was excellent, but the... gravy looked like pudding. If the gravy was more liquidity, I would of gave them a 5 but it had the texture likepudding! Meatloaf & sides were great & the service was great ! Ashley took care of me. Loving the new menu items. Had the Bomb pop Mimosa today and the loaded hashbrown casserole with eggs, bacon, and shoestring... onions. The store is always nice to look around while you wait, something for everyone. Bathrooms well maintained and servicewas friendly. We had breakfast and everything was prepared well. They serve beer and wine now for the lunch and dinner crowd.Great to see these updates. Read more

Had never been to a Cracker Barrel before. These are restaurants with southern style cooking including fried chicken & steak,... ham and lots of other great menu options. The food was good and reasonably priced. These locations also have really niceshops attached with interesting gifts, candy, sodas, home decor and more. Read more
I've never seen a cracker barrel so empty. My wife wanted hash brown casserole and two eggs. Simple enough right. No hash brown... casserole available. OK simply enough, just swap for just hash browns , right. Oh no, just hash browns are cheaper to make youwould think. Oh no. Called the manager out. His name is Mark, says he's been there 19 years. He would not budge on comping thehash browns. And we were charged 13 dollars for two eggs. My goodness Mark you have several breakfast breakfast for under 9dollars that come with two eggs. Mark, you are what you are and know it. So yes, it was a terribly priced meal. We will neveragain go to this cracker barrel. But a short distance off the interstate to the west are a few fine mom n pop restaurants thathave great food, great service with a smile and fair prices. It will be a very long time before I ever step foot in anothercracker barrel, and never again in this one. Read more
