After a long day at work and dealing with the kids getting into everything Im just like "Well I had a long day and Dad also had... a long day at work so lets get pizza that'll be something simple the kids can eat, get a bath and go to bed. My whole order was wrong.I couldn't get a manager to talk to me.I ordered honey barbecued wings they were too hot. I ordered... plain .I ordered my pizza with sausage and bacon and extra cheese. I got a plain pepperoni pizza.My wife and I were sodissatisfied. Could ont enjoy out meal. Read more
The pizza was very good. This new automated call center they have which I think is a corporate thing is a terrible idea. There... are language barriers in some cases and you can't complete your order without the person on the other end trying to sell yousomething else. If I want it i will ask for it. Dominoes you failed miserably on this front. Oh and BTW not everyone wants to doonline ordering. Some of us are still old school and like to talk to a LOCAL person to place our order. Read more
Let me tell you what, I am a fan of Domino's but I'm going to tell you what... this one right here on Cumberland Street in... Dunn, North Carolina is probably hands down the best Domino's I've ever been to!! The food is always fresh. it is alwayscooked right. There's never extra sauce unless you ask for it you got the right amount of toppings and spread in the rightplaces !!! you have the right stuff on your order !!! it's ready when they say it is!! This speaks for itself. I've worked at dominos and never seen something more lazy. They obviously forgot the sauce and laid it... on top. When I tried to call the line was constantly busy. If your going to give someone this type of pizza you might as wellkeep the line open. The dough doesn't even look like a pan pizza. Whoever was in the dough and sauce corner should be ashamed.The pasta I got was correct so it seems it's a upper management error. Read more
The simple fact that they're open till 1am, at least locally, is worth 5 stars. The app is simple to use and easy to make the... payment through, and I believe there's an option to pay with cash, even when ordering online, which is rare as far as I've seenanyway. Pizza was done in good time, and ready to be picked up as the app indicated. The order appears to be correct, though Idid have to remind them about the side cup of marinara I ordered.... Haven't tasted the pizza yet, but it sure smells prettytasty.... Always a plus when your purchase leads to future free pizza via their point reward system. I called the local number three time and seemed to get ran around twice then hung up on. I decided to go to the store and the... service was good I had to wait but it was quicker than I expected. Phones going to a call center for pizza is a little bit newgeneration over board. Minus one ? Read more
