Called 2 times. Put on hold twice before anyone picked up. All I wanted was delivery. But you come to this area of Erwin. You... are closer than Papa John's and they will deliver to us but no not you!! I'm thru dealing with you people. Read more
Pizza had no flavor at all and breadsticks were over cooked and hard. Food was terrible
So I started calling Pizza Hut around 10, cause I knew you guys closed at 11. No one even attempted to answer my phone call not... once and if they did they put an operator on the phone, no one ever put me on hold or anything. Now I?m at work on 3rd shifthungry due to the fact no one really wanted to take anymore orders or deliver anything. I understand you guys get busy I doespecially at closing time, but if you would?ve least picked up the phone and said mam we are not taking anymore delivery ordersat this time that would have been just fine but instead you ignored my phone call. When I placed my order in the app, I ordered certain toppings on just half of the pizzas. That did not transfer to the... restaurant and resulted in missing toppings and unwanted toppings on half of the pizzas. Read more
