Ordered online. Get a call saying they don?t have one of the items I ordered and asked if I would want to substitute something.... Not a big deal I understand supply chain issues. But there was a price difference, was told I would be refunded the difference.Get there to pick up my food and I?m told they can?t refund the difference. and I had ordered two soups and there were cups inthe bag that the soups go in. Check the food a few minutes later when I?m back home and find two cups of beef broth. So thesoups aren?t here, then both the subs are wrong. I answer when I tried calling. I ordered a classic Italian and a side salad. Both were very good. The 2 ladies working the line were good.
Worst customer service and it was by the manager , was mad because I ask to see how much mayo she was putting on my sandwich ... ask her if she was OK she walk away from finishing my sandwich and another worker had to finish it , if you can't handle acustomer ask a simple question then you u should not be working in a fast food restaurant yet alone the manager !! Absolutely the worse service I have ever received in any kind of establishment. I stand patiently waiting to place an order 3... employees behind the counter after a few minutes I walk toward register and they tell me to order the other end of counter(where I just walked from) so I comply and walk down 2 of them turn their backs and one walks to the back. My sisters and I visited this Quiznos yesterday and we were HIGHLY disappointed!! To begin, it took several minutes before any... employee greeted us- two were making sandwiches and another was at the register. Finally, the male employee says, ?We?ll bewith you in a minute.? That minute turned into almost ten minutes of us standing in line ( we were the only customers in line) ,while the male employee and a female , who by the way had on ripped jeans that exposed almost all of her thigh on one leg,continued to laugh, talk, and make sandwiches for what looked like a to- go or call in order. Finally the girl at the registernotices the frustration on my face and comes over to start making our sandwiches. I will say that she was polite and greetedme. Once we ordered and it was time to add toppings, this is when we found out that they were out of several items, such asmushrooms, honey mustard, bell peppers, and who knows what else. And please don?t get me started on all the flies we noticedonce at the register!!! We do not have a Quiznos where we live, and this has always been my go-to spot when visiting NC. Thiswas my first and worst experience with this Quiznos and I highly doubt I?ll be back. The employees seemed more concerned withlaughing and talking than providing quality customer service, and I do hope that management sees this review and implementschanges. Read more
Service was super friendly but I didn't get avocado or bacon on my sandwich and the soup was cold. 4.50 for soup and 10.11 for a... sandwich. Not very happy. 30.00 plus dollars and get down the road to find wrong meals. As a truck driver I can't just go backand have them fix it. Read more
Straight up nasty place. Make sure staff use gloves. Staff is all over the store and not taking orders. You might want to stop... somewhere else, DQ nasty too. Just walk in and look at the place. Nasty feel when you walk in. The place is sticky feel allover. Definitely needs an overhaul here. Read more
