If you're going to close the dining room during the day, post something on the door or outside. I had unloaded the... mother-in-law's walker, passed an associate outside and entered the lobby to see a tiny sign saying no dine-in service. Papersign was taped to an old Covid barrier. I just bumped it down from four stars to one star and I will never go here again and I never will recommend this place to... anyone. The owner of this store justblewmymind. For some reason they think that when they are out of one chicken for a bowl thathas mashed potatoes and corn in it, that it's okay to just replace it with just 3 chicken fingers but no potatoes! My daughterordered from there and instead of them replacing the chicken that they were out of in her bowl they only gave her chicken anddidn't give her the mashed potatoes or anything else that came with the bowl. Absolutely ridiculous and a horrible way to run abusiness. Hopefully everybody else catches on that this guy doesn't want your business. Read more
This location is hit or miss. Sometimes it is fairly good, other times it is terrible. The biscuits are always awful. Hard on... outside and underdone on inside. Wish there were other choices. Read more
I can almost deal with the hair in my chicken breast, but I can?t deal with no gravy on my mashed potatoes! THE 50/50 KFC...dining room open or is it closed? what's going on? Location is in Dunnellon Fl. sometimes you pull up there's a... sign on the door says due to lack of help restaurant is closed drive-thru open. other times you come in and the doors open youcan sit down and eat. You won't know until you grab the door handle and pull because the sign is always on the door. Odds are 50/50. I said to myself how hard can it be? there's other fast food restaurants all around here that are consistently open.Something's not right. What KFC fails to realize is it's hard to drive and eat greasy chicken..so if you're taking a break fromwork and want to have lunch eating inside in a cool temperature restaurant is preferred.. get it right, reorganize andrelaunch!!! This is one of the best KFC locations I've eaten at. All the employees are very nice, friendly and efficient. The buffet is a... nice option with chicken grilled to order.
