This particular Pilot gets MORE than the usual three stars because A: The showers are pretty clean, and B: the Wendy's here... always has pleasant people working and the food is usually HOT, a rarity for a Pilot Wendy's. Even my Fiancee likes this one,so it must be doing something right. Read more

The Wendy's that's part of this location is the worst ever. So rude and the taste of the food the worst fast food we ever... experienced. We haven't lived in California for several years now so to our suprize we had no utensils and no straws for ourdrinks. My wife ordered a salad I ordered a chicken sandwich. There was no signage to tell us in the drive thru that you had toask for utensils and straws. So my wife went inside to ask why no utensils and straws which took the better part of 5 minutes tobe asked if she needed help and she was the only customer. The employees answer was its California law you HAVE to ask in a veryrude manner. Then the employee said "so would you like to ask for utensils and straws". The sheets here are the actual pavement of each fuel pump! Theexcellence here is you are not going to track oil or fuel into your truck.
