It's Wendy's! The kids love it! They are busy, and often understaffed. Thus Far, they are 3/5 on making a "plain hamburger,... just meat and buns please". Maybe it's a weird order, I don't know, but when I come to town and wait 20+ mins for a "plain"hamburger, for my extra picky kids...and it's only plain 3 outta 5 times... They are busy! I don't blame the staff in anyway. I blame the "leadership"...but I guess we are all willing to sacrifice something. 5*s for the folks that work here thathave to deal with the customers in a situation they can't control because the owner doesn't seem to want to deal with it. (Itypically only post great reviews, but these people work hard here. I appreciate them, I just wish the company did too. - I havebeen to Wendy's all over the continent, and have been to this one many times over the years ...
