This location i didn't want to go beacuse of the reviews but I learned my lesson the hard way Upon walking in no greeting just a... blank stare , I ignored it not a big deal . Ordered my food waited got my order left . However the piece of meat were small. They gave three pieces of small pieces basically a one bit piece and counted it as a full piece . Disappointed as their pricesare higher than in the city area . Juat move to this town but it will be my last ay kfc . Forgot to mention not this locationbut kfc in general cuts their pieces in half . If I could give this no stars, I absolutely would. I have never seen a business run so poorly. Firstly, let's talk about the... staff. Upon arrival, 3 people were out having a cigarette and they all stared at us annoyingly as we pulled up. It got very busyafter we arrived and they had multiple pickup online orders that were not completed. They stated specific items would not beready for 15+ minutes because nothing was made. I'm not sure why everyone was standing around outside during dinner rush butthat wasn't the biggest shock. I couldn't believe how ignorant the girls were in the kitchen. Screaming at the poor girl atcash. Specifically the female with red in her hair. I don't know who trained her but that girl should be fired. I was actuallysick to my stomach listening how she was speaking to the blonde girl at cash. Yelling at her in front of customers saying, "Itold you to tell me if someone orders these things, how many times do I have to tell you!" in a condescending way. Everyone wasstanding around and visibly looked upset about this. It got to a point I had to walk outside because I was about to saysomething. Unprofessional bullies working in the kitchen. I also asked to switch a tender to a biscuit as the meal itselfalready had 3 types of chicken which was not needed for me and the girl in the kitchen screaming "um no..." then laughed. Iwould also like to point out the cleanliness of the restaurant. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned in decades.. the floorsare absolutely disgusting. The door handle was caked in about 5 pounds of dirt and grime. Whoever is managing this store needsserious training. There's a reason this place has such bad reviews. Second time I?ve been to that place and will never go again! I waited 40 minutes for my food and the order wasn?t even correct!... My daughter ordered small popcorn chicken and regular poutine and got popcorn chicken and popcorn chicken poutine, their Twisterhad NO seasoning and they?re pop was as flat as a board.
