The McDonald apps is not working very well so we cannot order in advance. We ordered using the kiosk inside the McDonald.... However, the staff and service are very good in this restaurant. Burger and fries ???????? were freshly made. Especially thefries flying around us and staying on the windows /glass of the restaurant, they were so active covering our food on the table. Imagine how clean it is in the kitchen. Sorry to share this unpleasant experience. Read more
My husband and I wanted to grab a bite prior to a long drive for our trip now that it's open 24/7. We got there at around 2a.m... and we were told that we couldn't place an order for 10 minutes. We said that was fine and said we would wait. We sat in thedrive thru for 15 minutes and no one said anything to us. My husband spoke up and said, "are we able to order now?" The guyworking said no and my husband replied, "ok.. do you know when we can?" And the guy responded by saying, nope I don't have ananswer for you. So we ended up leaving. The worker was extremely rude and didn't give any answers. We wasted 15 minutes sittingthere for nothing. Horrible service. Hands down the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Read more
...The Dunnville McDonalds has never been great. In the past few years it has improved, but you still get the occasional "Where... is the salt on these fries?". They usually have friendly service but it depends on the day. Also the new smoothie things theyadded aren't great. All in all, they are just a normal fast food place and it's the only nearby McDonalds. But maybe the newmanagement will help. Read more

Ordered a chocolate sundae at the McDonald's in Dunnville via drive thru. From the staff who took my order to the one handing me... my purchase not one smile, or have a nice day. Chocolate sauce was crystalized and semi-hard, was given a wooden fork to eatwith. Mostly drank my sundae when the ice cream melted. To add to the negative experince I needed to ask for a napkin. I wasgiven one by the red hair employee which certainly seemed it was a bother to provide. The most unfriendly McDoanald's I've everbeen too. Unlikely I'll be back when passing through town. Very mediocre experience. the burger was alright. kinda cold didn?t taste the best or even like mcdonald?s to be honest but it... was edible. the fries were cold and hard. the staff was all very nice and the service was good. the store is clean and thebathrooms were good as well. decent parking ???????? Two things are usually consistant at this location. 1st being a good chance there will be a wait for food and 2nd is there is a... good chance the order is wrong. Started tracking wrong orders and the number was 5 wrong out of 8 orders. Read more
