This is what u get when u pay for extra cheese. Very pathetic cause this is the 5th time they did this to my order and I?m now... very furious cause I?m tired of wasting my hard earned money. And there was more slices with barely any cheese on it, the kidstook it and already started eating it. When almost every place was closed (including the A&W next door), we decided to try this Pizza Hut. We ordered the the triple... treat box for $37 + HST and it?s a pretty sweet deal for the amount of food that?s included. The staff seemed pretty friendlyand it?s great to see customer service offered with a smile. Read more

Hands down worst food I have ever tasted. I have tried giving this place a chance on 3 separate occasions and this time around I... got food poisoning. Nothing like being sick for 2 days after eating a meal and not being able to keep anything down. I don'tknow how your staff manage hygiene practices, but, obviously it needs some work. These guys used to be excellent. Don't know what happened. A few weeks ago, we ordered a few pizzas for delivery. Unfortunately,... the driver's debit machine wasn't working. That's fine. We drove to town and met at an ATM. Even though I still had to pay thedelivery fee and the "pay at the door" debit service fee. Driver was apologetic - it wasn't his fault. I was offered a freemedium pizza. Much appreciated. So tonight I thought I'd take them up on their offer and walk in to order. I ordered threemedium pizzas + the chocolate chip cookie and it came to 70 dollars - and that was WITH the free pizza. They started to make thepizzas before I had paid. Lucky for me. I asked him if he could change the order to the "Buy a large pizza and get a mediumpizza for $5" deal and he refused to ring it in that way saying my medium pizzas were already done and that I should've askedfor a large if I wanted that deal. I simply suggested I take the three mediums but that he ring it up as one large and two $5(just forget about the free one) and he still refused. Whatever. I left without any pizza. Saved myself $70. We've supportedthese guys since they first opened in Dunnville. I guess that's the end of that. Read more
