Delicious food! The staff made our subs correctly, and did so in a timely manner. Inside the restaurant was quiet and clean. A... good experience. We left happily. ???????????????? It's a great thing when your food is healthy AND tastes great. Also, forthose who hate standing in line, use the subway app! I recommend it. It saves your favorites, let us skip the line when weordered ahead, and allows for contactless payment (for those who are excited by that). Read more
Well this was 100% the LAST time I will ever go to Dunnville Subway. The last few times have been horrible customer service but... this was the final straw (or sub, I should say) We ordered 2 subs, one cold cut combo & one chicken bacon ranch. The cold cutwas just sad (photo posted) had to pick off unwanted tomato?s that weren?t even asked for. But my chicken bacon ranch was theworst, first of all, you were out of shredded cheese, which I understand that, it happens. But I asked for toasted, the ladytoasted it then took it out & let it sit there while she doctored the other sub so by the time I got home, it was ice cold as ifit was never toasted in the first place. I asked for guacamole (which is an extra charge) and was given the smallest amount Ihave ever had put on a sub, so little that I didn?t even taste it, let alone see it. I was given 1 scoop of chicken for anentire footlong, so the one half was just the vegetables, but wait there?s more? the half that only had the veggies wasliterally half empty, nothing but bread. I also pulled out a piece of green pepper that was partially rotten!!! I am actually soblown away with how poorly executed both these subs were. Do better. Read more
Went to get a sub at aprox 15 mins before close and doors were locked and staff just stared at me as I tried to get into order.... HORRIBLE STAFF AND SERVICE! Expecially after driving 25 mins to get a sub! Will be telling everyone i know not to go to thislocation that was disgusting behavior as they waved and laughed. Your location is terrible! Read more
As a foreigner this is one of the worst subway I have been, bad service, no interest in the costumer and when I ask for a thing... I get ignored by the staff. I gave them multiple chances but over multiple days the bad experience. Read more
Thursday nights I stop by to grab a sub after work around 7pm...went tonight and they had no bread AGAIN for the 5th time in a... row on a Thursday evening. Disappointing when you drive all the way there..you'd think after a couple times of running out on aThursday they'd be sure to make more. Read more
Service is ok my wife asked for lots of pickles and lots of sub sauce and that's it on her sub. So you would think that they ... would do so . Nope 4 pickles so my wife asked for more so she got 6 pickles. Train your staff to listen to what the people want. Read more
