I just reminded myself why I stopped going to Tim Hortons a long time ago. To stand there at the counter for 15 minutes to wait... for somebody to scoop chili into a container and put it in a bag is ridiculous. Again just like all other Tim Hortons that Ihave ever visited they only ever have one cash working and everyone else working the drive-thru because apparently that's waymore important than walk-in customers. Oh maybe I should mention the only other time I went to this particular Tim Hortons Iordered a tea and I got a coffee because the young girl was too busy chatting with her boyfriend and forgot what I had ordered.Sobies is right across the street definitely a better selection of food, cheaper, and probably spend less time running in andout of there then it would be to visit this Tim Hortons. absolutely terrible costumer service. all the employees don?t know how to speak english and have no clue what you?re ordering... when going through the drive through. as well as making it as complicated as impossible nor do they have anything in stock it isabsolutely an embarrassment of an establishment. went to order chili, soup and wedges. didn?t have a single item. other tims don?t have this issue and it?s about time something is changed. Renovations are nice. Inside orders take a long time for food...they address the drive through first. Also they have taken a... lot of the vegetarian lunch items off the menu. Otherwise the food is good. Read more

If you don?t mind waiting over 30 minutes in drive thru, just to get your order messed up? definitely your go too spot! We just... got back from there & their ice capp machines down, they don?t have the stuff to make the quencher drinks, no plain timbits formy child? just a mess. Not only that but you either have people who don?t speak clear English working the speaker & window aswell as HORRIBLE customer service skills from everyone that works there. This place has gone downhill DRASTICALLY in the last 10years. No wonder we always see people go to McDonald?s or the gas station on george st to get coffee? do better. Just sad. Read more
We had a quick service but also noticed the drive through lane was long. The parking lot is tight and the washrooms were clean,... they even had a baby changer in the family washroom. Read more
I rarely treat myself to a coffee and If I could give this tim Hortons zero stars I would, Ive waited 1.5 hours in the drive... through before so today I decided to go inside... coffee was quick for once but literally 1/4 of it was coffee grinds. I wish Icould post the picture I took. Read more
