In the past, I had some great experiences at chickflay but lately at certain ones like this on the 7th of October, I found a... fly in my drink and the manager offered me another on, ???? I said no and left the restaurant. I thought I should've been offered a free meal of a full refund but after reaching out to the corporate office, nothing but an apology ???? I think theproblem at all of chickflay locations are these young high school/ college kids, most have no customer service skills and don'thave to skills to correct problems on site because chickflay is all about making money and these kids are under pressure to takeorders and service... there needs to be some full grown experience with the public adults hired to supervise these kids and stopthe madness ????....I experience a charge was incorrect at the line and when I get to the window had to pay the 1 dollar...Ithink people will eventually find other places to eat Read more
Placed online order and waited over an hour with zero communication from the store. I called and they said they were working on... order just for another 30 minutes to go by with no communication. I call again to have a employee lie to me about being manageron duty just to give me a fake general manager number. Call back a 3rd time just for him to say now there is a manager on duty.Most unprofessional Chick-fil-a I?ve ever dealt with. This has nothing to do with the two poor staff members trying their best tonight, but 45 minutes (no exaggeration) is just way... too long in the drive-through. I guess we should be happy, at least they got this order correct - not like the previous twotimes. And yes, I am aware of staff shortages, etc. so maybe they should close at 7pm like the other one on Mt. Vernon? Read more
This location has been a mess the last few times I gave them a try. I will no longer spend my money at this location. They have... long wait lines just to give you. & repeat wrong orders at the window. My food was not fresh & the sandwich bread was hard &distasteful. This is my last time coming to this location. Dined in for a quick breakfast. The restaurant smelled like a dirty locker room; very off-putting. Additional the seating area... has been reduced by 20% for additional storage for their drive thru and delivery business. Staff occupied ever booth whileothers were forced to sit at less desirable tables. I've stopped by this store on a previous occasion during Covid to pick upan order curbside. Neither visit impressed. Great food been going to this location for years. the past few weeks there has been a God awful smell. My friends and I opted to... order online and sit outside as we could not stand the stench long enough to order from the cashier. I will not be dinning hereuntil the smell is fixed, can?t be healthy.
