Time and time again I have tried giving them the benefit of a doubt. And time and time again have they failed to make basic... orders. Today I order an iced latte with skim milk and they gave me just skim milk with vanilla flavoring. The fact that thiswas allow to be done is absolutely ridiculous. I am just leaving at 3:20pm. The person preparing food/working drive thru is wearing gloves and touching the dirty cash register... screen, drive thru window and everything else and also touching people food with those same gloves. This is so gross. She isalso placing things out of the oven onto the bare steel counter.
