Time and time again I have tried giving them the benefit of a doubt. And time and time again have they failed to make basic... orders. Today I order an iced latte with skim milk and they gave me just skim milk with vanilla flavoring. The fact that thiswas allow to be done is absolutely ridiculous. I have had rock hard croissants, inedible bagels, and missing items constantly. Ihave worked at multiple fast food restaurants and have never seen one this disorganized. Read more
I am just leaving at 3:20pm. The person preparing food/working drive thru is wearing gloves and touching the dirty cash register... screen, drive thru window and everything else and also touching people food with those same gloves. This is so gross. She isalso placing things out of the oven onto the bare steel counter. I KNOW she is working so so hard and seems to be understaffed.But slow down and make food take gloves off and just let people wait. I'd rather wait then eat contaminated food... Read more

One of my favorite spots I go to the best strawberry frosting cream ever
I've lost over $35 due to worker incompetence. On New Years Day, I placed an online order. I guess they were closed. Even though... someone was inside. But, maybe she was too hungover to work. I placed an order for a bagel and cream cheese. No cream cheese insite. I guess I was supposed to eat a dry burnt bagel. Cold brew looked and tasted like sewer water. I could go on and on.... This place has gotten tons better, both in service and food quality. In the past, they'd given me milk when I requested almond... milk, etc. The past two or three visits have significantly improved my view of this location. The woman working the countertook the time to make sure my order was entered just right. The guy working the grill made my order to specs but also turned outa great breakfast sandwich. The latte was super creamy and smooth. Drive through times have also improved, along withaccuracy. Overall, I'm so glad this DD location has stepped up its game. If you're hesitant given past reviews, I say - give ita try now. They look like they've listened to comments and have responded! Read more
