I went in to get an assortment of cookies. They asked me if I was sure I wanted that many cookies. I told them there would be... 10 people and they told me that would be too many cookies. So what? Let's say the 10 of us couldn't eat every last cookie in onesitting -- so what? I have never heard of a business trying to sell less or questioning and doubting what a customer wants.
