This Jersey Mike?s location is consistently great. The store is clean, I never wait long, and the staff are friendly. Not to... mention the sandwiches are fantastic. Worst Jersey Mikes I?ve ever been to. Online order shelf empty, with 20 tickets on the counter unfilled. My order wasn?t ready... 20 minutes after the app said it would be ready at, customers in line complained of the same. Left without getting my order,hope they use the $20 to clean the joint. Never had a bad experience with jersey mike until now. I called to explain that I received the wrong order through uber... eats. My order : steak and cheese, onions/bell peppers and jalapeño peppers (no mushrooms). Two drinks What I got: Chicken,bacon, lettuce and mayo. No drinks When trying to explain the situation to the employee I was cut off and told that I didn'tsay no mayo on my sub. I tried to explain again and I was rudely cut off again. The only reason this isn't a one star isbecause I did receive the correct sub after driving there. But this doesn't change the poor customer service after having to goout of my way for an error on their end. Read more

Posted to Yelp as well. Just stay away. The people that work here are usually nice, but man.... Out of some types of chips,... out of some types of drinks, and sometimes out of lunchmeat. If the app tell you to pick up your lunch at a time (anytimearound noon), you better add 20-30 minutes to it......Minimum. This place is either understaffed, mismanaged...or both. It's so hard to find a good Hoagie in the south when you are from Philadelphia. Jersey Mikes is about the only place I can get a... decent sandwich outside of Publix. They cut the meat fresh as they are making the sandwiches. Nothing pre-sliced like Subway orother sandwich spots. I can appreciate the choice of extra long sandwiches. Eat some now save some for later. The hot pepperrelish is good. I used a delivery service named Foodsby to order my sandwich online. Real convenient. They made it just like Ilike it as if I was standing there instructing them on how of this or that to use. I will be ordering again Read more
We stopped here to get subs to take home. I went inside and there was a line. I could see only one man working on subs and... realized they were short handed. The manager came out from the kitchen to help out. He announced that they were short handedand offered a refund to anyone who could not wait. The man making the subs quickly and wasted no time. The line moved fairlyquickly for the number of people waiting. Our subs were, as always, exactly what we wanted. I want to thank the staff fordoing an awesome job.
