We spent 30 minutes in the drive through only for them to tell us they were closed despite it being listed as a 24 hour... McDonald's and being confirmed 6 weeks ago the hours were correct. I'm not one to complain but list your hours correctly toavoid over worked staff and hungry potential clients. Really need to get yourselves together. Such a shame. Read more

I walked into the McDonald?s on Ashford Dunwoody Rd to get an early morning breakfast (6:30am) the place has been remodeled... since I have last been in. First of all at the entrance and up to the counter the floor was very sticky so I brushed that offand ordered the meal. Deciding that I wanted to dine in since the place was virtually empty I walked over to the seating area tofind a good place, well let me inform you that there was no good place to be seated. The seating area and tables were not clean.Seems as though if we as a people want to help to prevent additional viruses all eating establishments should see to it that allsurfaces that customers come in contact with is cleaned and that makes it safer for all. If it's close to closing, you have a full drive-thru, and someone comes inside and orders 90 double cheeseburgers, TELL THEM... THEY HAVE TO WAIT or just decline to take that order. I just spent 47 minutes in the drive-thru: 31 minutes because I gotstuck/trapped in line, and then 16 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. No one ever took my order. I asked after a fewminutes, "Are you open?" They responded that they were open, but short on staff. So I continued to wait. I then asked again:"Are you actually open?" And she said they were actually open but had "90 double cheeseburgers up front." That's a severemanagerial failure, not the fault of the hourly workers. So I just drove away. Read more
Possibly one of the worst McDonald's I have ever been too, order 6 sugars for my coffee and got 0 and no stirrers to mix... anything with. I also ordered 2 Bacon, egg and cheese Mcgriddles. They were cold and tasted like they were made a week ago.Should have called the Health Department to go out and see what other food they can't rotate or keep fresh. Read more
When I say my burger was cold, I mean ice cold. If it hadn?t been cooked I?d say it was just defrosted. The fries were cold too.... I don?t care how busy you are, don?t serve food that?s been sitting for obviously a pretty long time. I sat 35 mins in the drivethrough, to take 1 bite and trash it. A waste of time and money. 2stars because of the nice staff, which is the only thing thislocation has going for them. Read more
