Completely rude customer service! Came in after the busy lunch rush hrs after 2pm to dine in. I was with my nephew who just got... out of the military and relocated to Georgia. We both haven't been to Mellow Mushroom for years and now it's completely scratchoff my list for good. We waited over ten minutes to be seated and still hadn't been seated after both of us took turns to washour hands. Not to forget to mention it was completely empty maybe 5 guest was already seated. Mellow Mushroom is my go to place when I want something a step above Pizza Hut/Papa Johns/ Domino's but don't want to drive to... an Antico's or Fellini's. This location has always been very clean and the staff is quick and helpful. Because of it's locationin Dunwoody it's typically filled with family's so if you're not feeling like dealing with rowdy/noisy kids then maybe findanother location. Read more
Service was fine. The pizza left a lot to be desired and was quite disappointing considering the hype I got for it.. it being... quite pricey did not help either. I might change my review if I come back next time for a burger with a friend but my firstimpression was not great at all. It might not be my cup of tea though as the sauce they use might be more suited for othertastes.. but it might hit my Crohn's the wrong way instead. Read more
Fantastic! There were a few minor issues with our order (Garlic Parmesan Pretzels), but that's because the kitchen wanted to... make sure that they were perfect. My Italian hoagie was fantastic, my wife's wings were perfect, the tater tots were absolutelydelicious (seriously, you cannot go wrong with them). Service-wise, they were awesome, maybe a tiny bit slow. Our waiter kept usgoing and kept us in the loop at all times. Definitely worth going here! Read more
Came in to see a friend, and was delighted by the service from our server, Trent. He was polite, and seemed to know what he was... doing, even recommending the house special. I asked if I could get it in the form of a calzone, and he made that happen. Greatservice, and pretty decent atmosphere. The manager was a little creepy, but he probably can?t help it. Visited here on a Saturday afternoon & it was OKAY. Waited a few minutes to be seated and waited a few more minutes (about 15)... until someone actually came over to our table. Once the food arrived to the table it was quite disappointing, I don?t remembermellow mushroom tasting this bad. The toppings weren?t cooked into the pizza simply placed on top. What an experience - and not a great one. Let me say our waitress, Anya, was a GEM. She was the only hostess/waitress there and... she was EVERYWHERE. She was even bussing her own tables while teenage boys working the kitchen, bar (?), just talked and watchedher do it. Not to mention the guy on his phone in the picture who also just turned a blind eye to CUSTOMERS waiting to be seatedand our waitress cleaning up everything. Kitchen staff were also drinking on the job???? We must?ve watched 4-5 people leaveafter not being helped?.on a SATURDAY night!! This place was a disaster and needs a serious management turnaround. The food was pretty good, but the pineapple is clearly canned, the ham was piled in one spot and I think Helen Keller cut my... pizza. It was better than Pizza Hut but I can order the Hut 3 times for what this cost. Read more
