I?ve been coming to this location since I moved here this past May. The baristas remembered my name and my drinks. If there?s... any issues, they?re quick to fix it and make it right. Ava has helped me recently and is really sweet! She continues to make mydrink as requested and providing great service! Read more

This Starbucks is really convenient as it?s about 5 minutes away from home. It?s on the smaller side compared to other four ... Starbucks in the area and it can get a little congested during peak times. However, the staff makes up for being a smallerlocation because it allows them to be a lot more personable with their customers. They?re friendly, funny and they get to knowtheir customers (many by name) along with their favorite drinks. For me, it?s the smaller things that makes me select thisStarbucks over the others and why I?m a repeat customer. Read more

What a beautiful, peaceful place to hang out and drink coffee! It?s probably the most beautiful Starbucks I?ve ever visited. ... Not crowded. Plenty of room to stretch out and work- but like all Starbucks the music is too loud for my taste. The drivethrough is very busy. There is a nice outdoor seating area with an interesting piece of history; An old brick chimney from anearby farmhouse stands in the middle of the outdoor seating area as a reminder that this area was once farmland. A Bronzeplaque tells the story of the chimney. The plaque reads: This chimney was once part of a tenant house owned by Stephen Spruill(born 1870), who owned over one thousand acres of land in DeKalb and Fulton County. The tenant house, circa 1900, was locatedjust south of here, close to where I-285 is located today. In the 1960's the house burned, but the chimney remained until it waspreserved and moved to this spot. The chimney remains as a reminder that this land was once the home of farms, pastures, tenanthouses, and pioneer families. My first visit to this Starbucks was midmorning on a Saturday. My second visit was Sunday at8:30am and I was disappointed to find only the drive through open. There was no indiction as to why the store was closed. Read more

This Starbucks always sucks but today was just over the top. Hire better help or managers or something. The white girl w curly... hair is just plain rude & should not be in a customer service job. Not my fault you got to work, be a little nicer. Read more

I?ve only frequented this Starbucks a few times, but in 2/3 of those times it took over 15 minutes to get through the drive... through, and the line wasn?t very long in either occasion. Just very slow service. I understand that post pandemic we need to bemore patient about these sorts of things, but I don?t experience these delays at other locations. Just this one. If you?re in arush, go elsewhere. If you have no timeline, this place is fine! Read more

I?ve only been coming to this particular Starbucks just a handful of times from 2019 to now and I can tell you I never have... problems with the service here they are that good! Especially the lady named Terry who is the store manager there nice woman, the workers are very engaged and warm welcoming as well and they make the environment more comfortable for people to unwind. Ofcourse Starbucks is always top notch with service no matter where you go but this one across from Perimeter Mall is the bombman! I always go there to escape I wish them nothing but the best. If you guys at 17521 see this keep it up! Read more

The lobby was filthy and all napkin bins were empty, definitely not what you expect from Starbucks. They weren?t busy at all so... I?m not sure why not one of the 7 people working didn?t see this as an issue until I brought it to their attention. To make itworse, we waited over 10min for our Macchiatos just to find out that the young lady who made them mistakenly placed them in theDrive Thru waiting area?the cups were sweating by the time we got them.
