I honestly hope this jack in the box gets shut down they never follow their schedule that they have posted they close all the... time at random times and when they are open they are extremely rude and why have a late night menu when you aren?t even openlate night I want a chicken tater melt and your telling me I have to wait till 9 for one but you close at 9????? Went there for dinner one night and the food was pretty good. Got a Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger Meal and a Jr Bacon... Cheeseburger. However, the one working the drive through was very rude. She was very, very rude. Didn't ever say any niceties oranything, even though we were very, very kind. It was at around 5 o'clock and though there were no cars in the drive until abouta minute before we left, they had two people parked and tried to park us as well. No cars in drive thru still took 12 min to get my food. Curly fries were burnt and tasted stale, ordered a homestyle chicken... ranch meal and got a spicy chicken which I didn?t notice until I bite into it 22 miles away. Stopped at another Jack in the boxlocation in Tacoma and was told couldn?t exchange it because the were franchised locations. Like seriously there isn?t a writeoff that corporate allows for this type of screw up? I ended up paying for the same meal twice just to get the right sandwich. Read more
Never open during normal business hours, takes on average 10 to 15 minutes per order in the Drive-Thru even if you're the only... car. Out of the maybe 10 times I've been here, I've had two good experiences that took me less than 7 minutes. By far the worstJack in the box I've had the displeasure of dealing with. Read more
I gave it two stars because some things were ok. We ended up waiting awkwardly at the window for 13 minutes, while the staff... hung out chatting and wearing earbuds, before what I assume was a manager came and yelled that we had been waiting for ourorder. The sourdough jacks weren't toasted, but the fries and vanilla coke were ok. Read more
Completely unprofessional, one staffer had headphones in and kept asking us to repeat ourselves, I guess his music was too loud... to serve customers. Meanwhile other staffers thought it was a complete joke that there were issues with the order. Instead ofacting like they were staffers, who were at work, getting paid to be there, the staff acted more like a grade school clique thatcouldn?t care less about their jobs, their customers, or the store. How embarrassing for Jack in the Box. In the end, there wasNO order, because who would wait for food, just to be treated like dirt by the people taking your money. There are plenty ofother places where ppl can get food or order online. I highly recommend people get their food from ANYWHERE else, it?s just fastfood after all, it?s not like anyone goes to Jack for fine dining. The only thing a fast food place needs to do, is get theorders and make the food with average customer service. But this place literally won?t even make the food you order. They willjust laugh at you when ?their system? makes a mistake, or they will listen to their headphones and keep asking you to repeatyourself until there is no longer an order for them to process. I love those weird tacos. It's like someone in another country that doesn't have Mexican food read a book that only briefly... mentioned tacos and then they decided to make tacos from the ingredients they could find locally. This place really should just close down if the owners can't get it together. The wait times are terrible just to get the wrong... order. The drive through is randomly closed when the restaurant is open. The staff seem distracted and don't seem to care. Iget that it's fastfood, but money is tight these days and you'd think I could get decent service. This place has gone downhill. Read more
