Kiosks should not replace customer service !!! Waited to pay after using a non explained new system I am not familiar with and... was ignored by every employee you have .... Not impressed! The kiosk claimed to give a receipt and I received nothing ... I amseriously waiting to see if my order even went through! It's so bad that they are leaving customer food up front because no oneis getting serviced up here at all. 20 minutes later and I am still waiting to pay IF they are even making my food ... Lookslike I will have to leave because they took over 30 minutes and my lunch ended before I got feed!!! Never again!! Why do thecustomers block the hotel parking? Terrible all around! Stopped off of I5 and fell into a black hole of incompetence. Dirty tables, empty napkin holders, no one... manning the register. People were complaining about incorrect orders and long wait times. Very chaotic atmosphere. Our foodfinally arrived and was correct but customers kept sending back incorrect orders. Been to this location twice and by the far the worst McDonald?s I have experienced. You will not get your food for a minimum of... 30 minutes after your order. If you walk in and stand by the counter to see if your food is ready; you won?t be helped they willjust walk by you until you say something to them.
