Kiosks should not replace customer service !!! Waited to pay after using a non explained new system I am not familiar with and... was ignored by every employee you have .... Not impressed! The kiosk claimed to give a receipt and I received nothing ... I amseriously waiting to see if my order even went through! It's so bad that they are leaving customer food up front because no oneis getting serviced up here at all. 20 minutes later and I am still waiting to pay IF they are even making my food ... Lookslike I will have to leave because they took over 30 minutes and my lunch ended before I got feed!!! Never again!! Why do thecustomers block the hotel parking? Terrible all around! Stopped off of I5 and fell into a black hole of incompetence. Dirty tables, empty napkin holders, no one... manning the register. People were complaining about incorrect orders and long wait times. Very chaotic atmosphere. Our foodfinally arrived and was correct but customers kept sending back incorrect orders. Let?s not even talk about the women?srestrooms! Yuck! Read more
Not only did i wait in curbside for 30min ( they were busy) I get dry old meat fries with no salt I live to far away to turn... around so I recommend that if you order here order everything fresh and check your food before you go Read more
Been to this location twice and by the far the worst McDonald?s I have experienced. You will not get your food for a minimum of... 30 minutes after your order. If you walk in and stand by the counter to see if your food is ready; you won?t be helped they willjust walk by you until you say something to them. Ready Food sits on the shelf awaiting to be given to customers for over 10minutes before anyone takes it to a customer. Poor management Read more
It?s sad how they don?t try to fix customer?s complaints and try to make it better. I had ordered a sweet tea and it tasted... like complete trash as if coffee was mixed into it. I asked one of the employees if I can exchange it to a coke because ittasted weird and they asked the manager ?Bri? I think was her name and they told me she said No, that I had to purchase a newdrink if I wanted to exchange my drink. It doesn?t make sense. The manager was rude about it as well, when I called. I don?t know why there are a lot of bad reviews but the ladies that are working at this McDonald?s are amazing. My husband... sandwich was just bread and chicken fat. I showed them and they had no problem making him another one. They were nice and had noattitude. If I went to lakewood I would have totally got attitude. The women there are hateful and rude. Low key trash but thisMcDonald?s has been the nicest McDonald?s I have ever went to. I felt welcomed and their attitudes were amazing. Thank youladies for being so nice. Read more
I had a large order so I completely understand that it would take some time to complete, however my dasher was waiting FOREVER... and when I called to see what was taking so long because I didn?t want my food to be cold or my coffee to be watered down. Iwas really nice about it and I told them that I completely understand for the wait kind you, the lady was very rude and hung upon me. I?m not one to write reviews but this was just messed up.
