My husband brought home the most delicious pizza I've had from a chain restaurant. We've ordered from here a few times and they... always have the food hot and fresh. Every single one of the staff members are very nice along with a clean store. This is one ofthe best Pizza Hut's I've ever eaten from. Even in California they were never this fast, fresh, and correct with every detail ofmy order. Thank you all! You all are amazing along with a great environment to order from. We are here visiting from Illinois and we ordered here twice . The staff is so friendly and nice . We placed our first order... august 26th , 2021 and the second one on August 28th. Everything was hot and fresh however there was a slight mix up but theyimmediately fixed it and we're so polite in doing so. I really wish we had a pizza hut like this . I've ordered here three times, and two of the three my order was a mess. The first time, the order was completely wrong, I... ordered wings with Buffalo, and got boneless wings with barbecue. Was told I would be giving a credit on my phone number to usenext time. The credit never happened. The second time I came here, things were normal, no worries. The third time I came here,was the point where I decided I will not be back. The cheese sticks are over cooked with hardly any cheese, and look nothinglike even regular Pizza Hut. The breadsticks? I'm terrified of eating them, and was told I would be given another credit undermy phone number. Sad. Read more

OK I ordered 4 large pizzas from this location and I put in the additional comments before I placed my order online "please make... sure enough cheese is on the pizzas" and the pictures are proof that this place does not care about the quality of people'sorders. I asked the woman that helped me at the counter if the pizzas we made right? And she said that they were and I also hadexplained my troubles in the past about not enough cheese being on the pizzas. And she told me to order extra cheese on mypizzas. Now WHY should I have to pay an extra $2.00 per pizza for extra cheese when there wasn't the appropriate amount to beginwith. This picture is of a replacement for a small mistake last weekend. Not a big deal, stuff happens. The ?manager? was rude to my... significant other when we were ordering the replacement tonight. When we got the new pizza and saw that it had no cheese in themiddle she called back on speaker phone. When he heard a man?s voice his attitude shifted. He coincidentally made this pizzahimself so he knows it had cheese throughout. Last winter I left the best review I?ve ever posted for the same store.
