I give one star cause I can't give zero. For starters I always order the same drink at different Starbucks locations and it's... never been a problem. I asked at this location my usual specialty drink which is 2 espresso shots over ice, 3 pumps of hazelnutwith half cup of soy milk. The barista had the urge to argue with me about my drink request by stating that I was ordering alatte so she was going to charge me for a latte and I proceeded to reply, please just prepare the drink the way I requestedwhich it's not a latte is a specialty drink. I made it to window to pay for it and I was charged close to 7dollars for a " GrIcd Latte with regular milk and hazelnut" I asked her what was this drink and she said this what you ask for and I replied notthat is not what I asked for. I literally paid a surcharge for a drink that it wasn't prepared the way I requested which itdidn't include the soy milk or the 2 shots of espresso. And in the process I had to deal with a very rude barista with very poorskills. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Read more
Took my kiddo here yesterday for coffee. We both had the same size reusable Starbucks tumblers. I asked for a chai latte little... to no ice. She got a frappe. Somehow my drink was not full, 3/4 up and had a 1/3 of it with ice. I do no to little ice because Ihave sensitive teeth. My daughters frappe was full though. Sadly this is not the first time I?ve had this happen but it isdefinitely the last as I am done. I pay way too much for this drink to not have it filled completely up. Read more
I?m not one to normally write reviews but I had to . I?m not sure what?s been going on with this location recently , but... somethings changed , and my co-workers notice to. This Starbucks is a little out of the way for us but we like it because it hasthe drive through. We usually go 1-2 times a day, for a few weeks now. And always get the same thing , this last week has beenbad experience after another . For some reason the drinks have been so bitter , and for a shaken drink it seems they do notshake it at all, more as if it is layered . This morning when ordering I had to repeat my one drink 3 times , and they still gotit wrong . I ordered a Venti Brown Sugar oatmilk shaken espresso and received a very bitter , grande ?brown sugar? ?shaken?espresso . When I tried to let the girl know it was a suppose to be a venti she said ?I read your order back.? When she in factdid not , Because I never order grandes , she didn?t even offer to fix it. I?m just wondering is there a reason the qualityhere has gone down so fast within a week? I do not mind paying money for a good drink, but I would much rather at this pointtake my money elsewhere and my co-workers agree. Read more

My pumpkin spice frappuccino was delicious, would be nice to get a little more seasoning on top of the whip cream.
Really nice Starbucks location. My London Fog was delicious. Store and bathroom were spotless. Everyone working were friendly.... This is a special location being so close to joint base Lewis-McChord they honor those serving and those who've served. They hada special memorial set up for several past customers. Read more
I drive a lot for my job and I?m always passing through DuPont about three days a week. So I always go to the same Starbucks. I... always order online and go inside to pick up my orders. 9/10 times nobody says anything to me when I arrive to when Ileave. It?s kind of frustrating that the girls behind the counter all laugh and talk to each other while looking my way, butwon?t acknowledge me. And it?s not like they don?t recognize me, I get the same three items all the time. The only thing thatkeeps me going back is they make my drink right every time. Read more
